Tinta Negra Mole
The Tinta Negra Mole cultivar is used frequently in the blending of wines
A more recent addition to the class of “Noble” wines in Madeira this cultivar is especially  important in the blending of some of the Madeira wines.
The Tinta Negra Mole has a history of some two hundred years on the island. It isn’t always categorized like the other Madeira wines as a “Noble” cultivar in the traditional sense; its importance is not the least diminished by its elder associates.
